.....Want to know why our lots are selling so quickly? Come see for yourself. The nearly universal comments we hear from folks who visit is how it is like a retreat here in the QUIET side of Orange County.
Since our springs are among the headwater springs of the critical Eno River watershed you will never see any intense development or too much so called “progress” in our neck of the woods but you will see ultra high speed fiber internet and paved roads in our park-like setting and protective covenants and architectural guidelines that will protect both your investment and your lifestyle here at The Preserve at Eno Springs.
I’m Tom Harris, the developer, and a retired design professional. I consider myself to be more the steward of the property than its owner. Lindy and I live on the property and have spent two years walking the property and studying various homesite options before developing the property to ensure that every homesite is sited in harmony with nature and has a beautiful view.
Since I am retired, I no longer design and build beautiful one-of-a-kind homes for others (my designs enhance North Carolina from the coast to the mountains but are most concentrated in the Winston-Salem area) but my love of and passion for good design will never be “retired.” I will make myself available to each lot owner through my active role throughout the Architectural Review process to ensure that each home built here is a beautiful home that complements their particular lot as well as the community as a whole.
Lindy and I invite y’all to come out, drive through The Preserve at Eno Springs AND park your car so you can roam the pastures and woods to get a feel for what it would be like to live here. Explore and enjoy!
If you do not already have a Realtor® we highly recommend that you contact our listing agent, Emilee Collins, since no agent knows the property better than she does. She and her husband Chad, owner of Collins Design-Build, Inc., were the first people to buy one of our lots. Emilee fell in love with our property when she saw it for the first time after experiencing the beauty and peace here. You will likely feel the same when you visit.

Hillsborough is no ordinary Southern small town. Accomplished resident authors, performers, and artists grace the town with their wit, rhythms and brilliance. Music festivals, author readings, Solstice celebrations and Artwalks are a few of the many events the community adores.
Hillsborough's Riverwalk is a central part of the outdoor living scene. It is part of the Mountains to Sea Trail where you can enjoy a run around the Occoneechee Speedway Trail or hunt for Native American artifacts by the Eno River.
Stroll through the shops in Hillsborough to find unique gifts and apparel for everyone. And be sure to experience the culinary genius of many of our farm-to-fork restaurants.
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill & Duke University are the nation's leaders in life-changing research, healthcare and higher education, only 25 minutes away.
